As the Y2K trend is taking hold, Marc Jacobs now casts supermodel Kate Moss in the brand’s 2022/23 Resort collection campaign, highlighted by a striking pink hairdo that recreates the highlights of her 24-year-old hair dyed at the request of Donatella Versace for Gianni Versace’s Spring/Summer 1999 show. The look also pays homage to the iconic photo of Kate Moss in bed, taken by renowned fashion photographer Juergen Teller.

Kate Moss was also the first to wear a denim suit, iconic bucket bag, shoulder bag, and gothic-inspired Sky-High Kiki Boots by stylist Danielle Emerson, and was photographed by Harley Weir, a new generation photographer with whom she has worked many times, to recreate the 90’s and 00’s aesthetic with modern textures.
